Women Make Us Better

Only 13% of Engineers are women. A big part of the reason is the general intolerant attitude toward women in the field. To bring this issue to light, we found college rejection letters written to female engineering hopefuls in 1919. Then we asked current women engineers at Boeing to read them, showing that the same intolerant attitudes still persist today.
